We ship all the products from Canada ,except noted otherwise on the product page. Most kits except Maris Stella and Ships of Pavel Nikitin kits are shipped from China

Usually, we are shipping in 1-2 business days, unless is noted otherwise on specific product pages, kits from China might need more than 7 days to ship!!! (most kits sold on the site has specific preparation timeline) ,no  shipping on Sundays and Mondays, all other  products are shipped with Canada Post from Canada  unless chosen other shipping method at checkout (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Also we are not responsible how shipping companies, couriers and logistic companies are conducting their businesses, we cannot make them work faster or more efficiently.

Import charges might apply in certain countries. Any taxes, tariffs ,import fees ,brokerage fees are responsibility of the buyer(s).Also we are unable to estimate and predict these charges!!
